Lina Abu Taweeleh (she/her) grew up in Amman, Jordan and is a first-generation immigrant to the United States. As an aspiring physician, she is particularly interested in using clinical knowledge and experience to inform community-based interventions and policy reform that can improve access to quality health services for marginalized communities. In her free time, Lina enjoys reading fiction, weightlifting, throwing pottery, and practicing yoga.
